Deliver.c diff for cyrus

made for Cyrus 1.5.9, but probably useful on other versions. The stock “deliver” agent for Cyrus does not handle the top line of email (the one that says “From foo@bar.com Mon Jul 3 01:23:44 2000”). The patch here will look for and silently eat any such line (instead of munging the entire message).
